Our experience
Our work is informed by years of hands-on experience leading and supporting finance, fund operations and governance functions across private capital. We have worked within investment management, private equity, banking and corporate environments, including senior roles at Investec, Templewater, DBAY Advisors, Dentons, Rabobank, JP Morgan and Bille Gifford. This experience helps us recognise issues quickly, understand the realities of implementation and focus on practical outcomes rather than theory.
Our approach
Actsum works alongside CFOs, COOs and their teams to solve complex operational and structural challenges. We do not begin with technology or lengthy discovery exercises. We begin with the problem, drawing on experience gained from solving similar challenges across private capital firms. Where specialist legal, tax or technology expertise is required, we coordinate the right resources and remain accountable for delivery.
